One of the most ethnic pieces in your wardrobe is the salva suit and no doubt with the right and fitting accessories you will look no less wild. This chic outfit is an indispensable part of every Indy girl’s wardrobe and offers many experimental options. Here are a few points for adding a breath of fresh air to your usual salwar suit or dress and shaping it in a uniquely Indo-Western way. This option is great if you are a big fan of boho fashion or even a beginner and are just trying to wear your salwar differently than usual.
1. Style it up with a jacket: Jackets will never go out of style. It doesn’t matter whether you are wearing your salwar suit or your salwar suit in winter or just trying to easily switch from a day to night look. Denim jackets can be combined with white and other pastel colours. You can ditch the regular jacket and opt for a long kimono shoulder instead of a short jacket. Layering your outfit can be very elegant, but wearing a long jacket over a long, flowing jacket can be very elegant. Also, incorporating a bomber jacket or your regular sports jacket with oversized shorts and jeans.

2. Very picky about accessories: You’re sure to have fun playing with accessories while dressing in traditional traditions, but your accessories can change or destroy your look. Choose random pieces of oxidized silver or fabric accessories. Throw away your beautiful earrings and heavy bracelets for any formal event. You can even experiment with scarves and bandanas. The inclusion of a scarf or bandana will add a very hippie charm. Complete your look with sunglasses or a retro feel, preferably with a thin edge.

3. Try another drape: The buttocks are also an integral accessory when wearing a punjabi suit or salwar kameez. Throwing out an old-fashioned throat sling would be a better option, you really don’t want to choke your ass if it gets stuck somewhere. In winter, the butt can be folded in half and the ends inserted through the cycle. Or just toss it around your neck casually as you would with a bath towel.

4. Break up with your dupatta: If you really insist on adding a touch to your look, but also dress conservatively or in an office-like setting, then it’s better to ditch your normal butt and opt for a scarf instead. You can play with the colour of your scarf and it’s up to you to wear a contrasting scarf or continue with a colour that matches your salwar.

5. Wear sneakers: That’s right, wearing sneakers or skates with your Salva gives you a celebrity look straight out of Vogue. The combination of your salwar kameez with closed-toe shoes might sound too mundane that you dare to really keep yourself within limits. Wearing sneakers not only adds a lot of bohemian vibes to your outfit, it’s also absolutely brilliant if your schedule includes walking a mile.

With this new limit of exploration, you can certainly add a new dimension to your appearance and stay in your comfort zone.
